Top supplements to help you through life's different stages

Did you know that for every stage of our life we need different supplements? This is because at different times in our life we have different needs:

In our 20s: a multivitamin and folic acid are essential;

In our 30s: a multivitamin, milk tistle (to protect your liver cells from the effects of alcohol) and antioxidants;

In our 40s: a multivitamin, omega 3 fish oil, coenzyme Q10 and saw palmetto (only for men);

In our 50s: a multivitamin, calcium (not the carbonate version), glucosamine, ginkgo and isoflavones.
