Hi there,
its me again, I really hope you are following the rules since I can tell you, you will feel much better of you do. Here we go:
- Avoid eating pasta and bread every day
- If you eat pasta or bread better to have it only at lunch
- Introduce alternatives: instead of cow’s dairies switch to soy dairies, use also oat or rice milk; instead of wheat pasta or wheat bread switch to rye, soy or oats, eat also quinoa, millet or brown rice; instead of mars bars switch to plain dark chocolate (no less than 75%) or good quality protein bars
- Eliminate or drastically reduce salt and sugar, use spices and herbs instead or fructose which is 200 times sweeter than sugar so you need less
- Avoid foods containing "aspartame".
